How to order:

All orders are delivered on cash on delivery (COD) –basis!

NB! If you are under 18 you MUST have a permission from your legal guardian!

Send us Your order by e-mail, at tilaus@streetstyle.fi, in which you state your:

• name, address
• phone number and e-mail address (required)
• the code, color, model, size, and the number of items of each product you want to order

Postage (fee) in Finland 8€ (COD)
Postage (fee) in Sweden 13€ (COD)

There is no postage (fee) on orders over 100€ in Finland.

Minimum order is 20€.

Time of delivery in Finland is 2-5 days, in Sweden 4-9 days.
When you’re ordering from outside of Finland, please contact us first by e-mail before placing the order.

After ordering:

After you’ve placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. In the confirmation you will find a list of all the products you’ve ordered and the total price of your order. Your local post office will notify you of your order’s arrival . When you pick up the package from your post office remember to bring the notice slip with you. The package is paid to the post office!

Refunds:

All of our products are refundable/exchangeable for 14 days of receipt of your purchase. The items that are returned to us and wished to be refunded or exchanged must be unworn. The price tags and labels have to be attached. We will naturally refund all faulty products or mistaken deliveries.

If you wish to exchange a product or get a refund, please let us know of it by calling us on +358 44 344 3838 before you send the products back to us.

If you’ve changed your mind and want to return a flawless product within 14 days, it’s OK, but notice, that in such case you pay the postage (fee) yourself!

When you return a product, please make sure you pack it carefully.

We check all the products before delivering them to make sure they are flawless and in perfect condition!


Items ordered from the internet can be returned to the shop at Kalevankatu 55 within 14 days from the purchase, but the money will always be returned to the customer's bank account.
